A dedicated group of USC and EIU alumni are committed to providing top-notch living spaces for USC students and graduates. Many of them understand the challenges of being far from home, having traveled from different states or overseas for school. To support new students, Galaxy Student Housing employees and volunteers assist with settling in during those crucial first weeks in Los Angeles, CA.
Our ethos at Galaxy Student Housing goes beyond mere accommodation. We aim to create a welcoming environment akin to home, fostering a sense of community where students can forge lasting friendships and receive support whenever needed. Since our inception in 2018, we've garnered significant support from the USC student body, evidenced by our consistently long waiting list.
As we continue to expand to multiple locations around USC, our mission remains unchanged: to provide a home away from home for students. We prioritize individualized care, ensuring that each tenant feels valued and supported from the moment they arrive in Los Angeles until the end of their term.

Madelyn Ott, Property Manager
Madelyn, a recent graduate from the University of Southern California (USC) with a Master's degree in Sociology, brings to the table a wealth of experience and understanding garnered from her two-year tenure at Galaxy Student Housing. Elizabeth Vonklan, Property Manager

Rethica Manjunath - Administrator
Rethica, a graduate of Bangalore University with a Bachelor of Business Communication, plays a pivotal role in facilitating a seamless experience for all students and graduates at our establishment. From handling applications and contracts to managing maintenance and cleaning requests, rent payments, and deposit refunds, Rethica ensures that all procedures are streamlined and simplified for our clients. Through her expertise in automation, she optimizes our processes to make them as effortless as possible for everyone involved. Claudia Michael, HouseKeeping and Cleaning Manager

With their weekly visits, Claudia's team transforms our space into a sparkling sanctuary, meticulously sanitizing every corner with antibacterial cleaning solutions.
