New student looking for student apartments near usc

Galaxy Student Housing is truly a diamond in the rough! As a new student in the area, I was looking for a safe clean and quiet place to live. The accommodations provided through Galaxy have allowed me to feel secure and cozy with a light and airy energy that resonates throughout the house. And let me tell you— this positive energy is contagious. While tenants are focused on their studies/work etc. (hence the quiet chill atmosphere) tenants are quick to lend a helping hand and engage in friendly conversation in passing. From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt nothing but kindness. Thank you Galaxy! I am loving my stay!

 As an international student, ya‘ll be scared of bad decisions but GalaxyStudentHousing isn’t one. I can't express how easy the process was. I found them through Facebook and they’re very understanding. What impressed me was their rooms with top brand furniture (Ikea). GSH isn’t like a big dorm, it's a House. It sets a vibe where everybody meets in a common room, have meal together, watch Rick&Morty. They also have a big parking space & an open space in front w reclining chairs to chill. The neighbors are cool & friendly & if I am in LA, I will live here as long as possible so you can find me lol!

I feel obligated to write a review because I cannot express enough gratitude to Anne (property manager). Since moving here last year, this place has lived up to the initial standards upon my move in. Anne is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming. She take care of all my needs and communicating with her is super easy. I had never experienced that in the past from previous rentals. The property is always groomed and manicured beautifully. Also, I am so blessed to be surrounded by a lot of wonderful roommates.

Well we all know you’re away from home but this house will never let you feel that way. It has best management and they solve any hassle you’re facing instantly. You will make a new family over here. This house has front yard where you can sit and chill. At backyard it has a pong table. It is quiet and calm place where you can focus and do your work. So overall this is the place you want to be in.

 GSH is the best student housing I have lived in. The community is made of USC students & it has such a friendly & comfortable environment. Everybody knows each other and sometimes share food together. It's like living in a dorm room except everybody has their own room, which is better than the dorm room. The manager Anne is a treasure to the house, she takes care of everybody and she is super nice. Thanks to the super easygoing manager Anne I had such a fun time living here.

 This is a very nice place! 15min walk to USC so it's very convenient, especially if you don't have a car. It’s much cheaper than Gateway. The house also equipped with great furniture bought from IKEA. All members are USC students so you can make friends here. Most importantly, the owner is very willing to help. It’s very nice if you don't have any relatives or friends here to look after you. Overall, if you are a new USC student and want to find a safe, nice convenient place to stay in a reasonable price, this is the perfect choice!

My name is Kalen Lehmann I’m a swim instructor and beach lifeguard. I love Galaxy homes because of first our amazing landlord Anne. She was there for me the first day I put my deposit down. I’ve been here for more than 6 months and I’m highly still in love. Everyone in the house is very welcoming and loving. Quiet atmosphere Love our amenities which is laundry washer and dryer. Love our patio with our lounge chairs good for tanning to enjoy with friends and family. Love the cleaners coming every week to make sure the house is immaculate. Thank you Galaxy housing!!

 GSH was my first residence after coming to the US and it really was a home away from home. I really enjoyed my stay and made a lot of amazing friends. The best part about sharing the house with other students was that I was able to study in peace and have engaging discussions with others in the common area. Anne is just a text away. You can tell her about any issues & she’ll be there in no time. She also tries to engage the residents in different fun activities like bbq or pumpkin carving on Halloween.

 As a USC grad student, leasing with Galaxy has been a pleasant experience. Compared to other places I've stayed at, management is easy to contact, quickly & professionally address questions & concerns. The units and common areas are well-maintained and newly done. Prices are fair for the amenities and great service from management! I would recommend leasing with Galaxy to any student or young professionals.
